After Hours Party Package
$500 minimum for up to 20 builders
This is our private party rental option. We will close the store to the public and allow your party to have exclusive access to the entire store!
Additional builders over the 20 count are $25 each. We will discuss anticipated guest count at time of booking.
Maximum number of guests is 50.
2 HOUR PARTY TIME
The time booked is your arrival time. Our staff-lead activities will begin 15 minutes after start time and will take up the first hour, leaving the second hour for you to use the room for cake, presents, and shopping, and other fun!
WHAT WE INCLUDE
1 Party Director and 1 Master Builder to lead games and activities for the group.
Up to eight 6ft tables with white folding chairs.
Spandex table coverings in red, blue, and/or black.
A separate seating area for parents.
Available if needed: 4ft display tables for food, cake, and presents with yellow spandex table coverings.
2 water dispensers and cups.
Access to our party rooms with LEGO® DUPLO® walls with bricks for creative play.
You can provide outside food and beverages, if desired. Crockpots or any other heating appliances are prohibited.
You can bring in additional decor. Please make sure that wall and furniture damage is negated. Balloons are allowed.

Bookings
Your date and time can be booked via our online calendars above.
Parties + Custom Kits must be booked at least one month out.
For After-Hour celebration, please contact us directly for booking.
We accept credit and debit card payments. If you want to use another form of payment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
For our Custom Kits, our party supplies are ordered in advance. If there are any last minute needs after the 7-day-out mark, please let us know as soon as possible.
Payments
Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted via email or by phone/voicemail.
For cancellations made 48 hours or more before your party, 50% of your amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your party, we will credit to reschedule and work with you for a new date and time. No refunds will be offered.
If you choose to reschedule at any time, we will work with you to find an available date and time on our calendar.
Notification of a location change must be communicated 24 hours in advance via phone and/or email.
If we (Bricks ROC) have to cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your balance paid or an option to reschedule.
